Road Detours for Lane Striping on Friday Feb 28

The Seven Oaks Community Development District has hired Traffic Control Products to repaint the faded road striping in the northern sections of the Seven Oaks CDD.   Portions of Ancient Oaks Blvd and Mystic Oak Blvd will be temporarily closed, with flagmen present to allow for one way travel in alternating directions. By Bill Parsons Vice Chairman, Seven Oaks CDD Since 2003, the CDD Boards have authorized funds to decorate Seven Oaks for the holiday season during November/December. From 2003 to 2009, the CDD Boards rented the holiday lights from a vendor as well as have them install their lights. In 2009, the resident-controlled board decided to purchase some lights and store them each year to reduce the cost. CDD Board Implements First Phase – Amberside, Brookforest, Coventry, Springwood, & The Laurels - By Bill Parsons Vice Chairman, Seven Oaks CDD The CDD Board was briefed at their meeting on October 16 that Pasco County ap- proved the Seven Oaks plan to remove 2,120 oak trees between the sidewalks/streets in the neighborhoods and 35 trees not in the neighborhoods. Seven Oaks Elementary Cell Phone Tower Meeting

On December 9th at 6:30pm, there will be a meeting at the Seven Oaks Clubhouse to discuss the proposed cell tower to be erected at Seven Oaks Elementary.  The School Board is currently scheduled to  vote on this issue on December 17th at 6:00pm at the Pasco County District offices, building 3.  Please join other Seven Oaks parents for this meeting.
