CDD News

The CDD’s contractor will begin the re-striping of the bike lanes on Ancient Oaks, Summergate, and Mystic Oaks on Thursday, October 15th.  They expect it to take 4 days to complete, so they will be working Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday.  They will put up cones around their work zone, and we have instructed them to not work during the rush hours for traffic.

After a few inquires from residents, the CDD has created a calendar outlining the maintenance schedule of various landscaping tasks so that residents can see when they are generally completed*.

Following is the schedule for the CDD Rules and Policy Committee meetings through December 2, 2009: All Wednesdays Sept. 23rd 2:00pm Oct. 7th 2:00pm Oct. 21st 6:30pm Nov. 4th 2:00pm Nov. 18th 6:30pm Dec. 2nd 2:00pm All meetings are open to the public.

Attached is the list of issues that the district manager addressed with Vivicon (our landscaping company) at our monthly landscape meeting last month.  They’re required to address all of the items and correct prior to our next CDD meeting. The District Manager is also working with them to create a maintenance calendar and color-coded map to identify the areas they maintain on certain days of the week to improve the communication to the residents.   This will be posted as soon as available.
