Seven Oaks Access Cards

The Access Card is a photo identification card issued to new residents to allow access to the Clubhouse facilities.  Please be sure you have your card with you at all times  while visiting the Clubhouse.  Remember that the card holder must be present at all times with their guests and persons under the age of 15 are not allowed in the facilities without supervision of the card holder.

Own a home in Seven Oaks
Homeowners in Seven Oaks are issued 2 cards per household at no charge.  To obtain your card(s), please come into the managers office with your HUD statement from closing and photo identification.  Your picture will be taken for your access card(s).  If you have additional adults in the household, 15 years of age or older, there is a fee of $15.00 per additional card.  Those persons need to provide proof of residency, either an updated drivers license or Florida ID with your Seven Oaks address listed as their permanent address and proof of birthday if a youth.  If you lose your card, please call the managers immediately so the lost access card can be deactivated.  There is a $15.00 per card replacement fee for lost cards.  

Rent a home in Seven Oaks
Anyone who rents a home in Seven Oaks may be eligible to received an access card to use the Clubhouse facility as well. The card fee for all those renting a home is $15.00 per card.  To obtain a card, please come to the managers office with your current lease and photo identification.  Persons that are not listed on the lease must provide proof of residing at the address in the form of a current drivers license or Florida ID.  If you lose your card, please call the managers immediately so the lost access card can be deactivated.  There is a $15.00 per card replacement fee for lost cards.  Your photo will be taken at the time your card is issued.  Cards are only issued to those 15 years of age and older.  If you are a renter, your card will expire on the ending day of your lease term.  To renew your card, you may come into the managers office at expiration with a copy of of your new lease and pay $15.00 per card for re-issuance.  Owners of the home being rented must sign a Seven Oaks Access Card Relinquish Form.  Click here to view / download the Seven Oaks Access Card Relinquish Agreement for Residential Units.

Rent an apartment at Colonial Grand or Windsor Club

Those who rents an apartment at either Colonial Grand or Windsor Club Apartments are eligible to received an access card to use the Clubhouse facility. The card fee for those renting an apartment is $15.00 per card.  To obtain a card, please come to the managers office with your current lease and photo identification.  Those granted access cards must appear on the lease.  If you lose your card, please call the managers immediately so the lost access card can be deactivated.  There is a $15.00 per card replacement fee for lost cards.  Your photo will be taken at the time your card is issued.  Cards are only issued to those 15 years of age and older.  If you are a renter, your card will expire on the ending day of your lease term.  To renew your card, you may come into the managers office at expiration with a copy of of your new lease and pay $15.00 per card for re-issuance.

Own a commercial building in Seven Oaks
Commercial Building owner(s) are entitled to a maximum of two access cards per building at no charge.  To obtain your card(s), please come into the managers office with your HUD statement from closing and photo identification. Your picture will be taken for your access card(s).  If an owner would like to relinquish their rights to use the Clubhouse facility to a tenant, they can do so by signing a Seven Oaks Access Card Relinquish Form (see below for link to download). 

Rent a commercial building in Seven Oaks
