Have a fabulous pool party at the Clubhouse and enjoy a private Cabana for you and your partygoers! You may have up to 18 people for a maximum of 3 hours for $75.00. We only rent 5 Cabana's at any one time, so make sure you call or email, as they fill fast on the weekends! The time blocks for rentals are the following: 10:00am to 1:00pm, 1:00pm to 4:00pm and 4:00pm to 7:00pm. There is $25.00 non-refundable deposit required at the time your reservation is made, which will be applied towards the cost of your rental, with the balance due within seven (7) days of making your reservation. If you cancel your reservation within 14 days prior your Cabana rental date, you will not be entitled to any refund. If you need to cancel due to inclement weather however, you will receive a rain check for a future available date. The times listed on the calendar below, are the parties and times already reserved. Please take note - unfortunately, in the case of inclement weather the day of your party, you will not be permitted to move your party/guest(s) inside. If the weather would turn stormy within the first hour of your rental, we will be more than happy to give you a rain check to use on a future date upon availability. If however, your party has been in progress for more than one hour, this will be considered a full rental with no monies being returned for a rain check. The non-resident rate for a Cabana rental is $150.00 for the Cabana itself plus $15.00 per person attending.
