Consider hosting your next event or party at the Seven Oaks Clubhouse.  Our Gathering Room rental includes our beautifully decorated Gathering Room with a cozy fireplace, a spacious kitchen equipped with a sink, refrigerator and microwave and and for a slight additional charge, its very own state of the art Theater, making it the perfect place to host your next event!  Business meetings are limited to once a month usage only.

Maximum Guests - Fifty(50)

Prices

• $  90.00 for three (3) hours $100.00 including Theater
• $120.00 for four (4) hours   $130.00 including Theater
• $150.00 for five  (5) hours   $160.00 including Theater
• $175.00 for six  (6) hours   $185.00 including Theater

For Non-Resident usage the prices are doubled.

Rental times daily till 10:00pm on Mondays thru Thursdays, till 11:00pm Fridays and Saturdays and till 9:00pm on Sundays.

We will hold a copy of your credit card on file as a security deposit. Damages will be charged up to $500.00 and any additional charges will be billed to you.
