Seven Oaks Pool and Slide Rules

Pool Rules

• Per Florida Statute pool hours are one half hour after sunrise to one half hour before sunset.  Dawn to dusk, weather permitting (SEE MENU AT RIGHT AND CLICK ON POOL CLOSING TIMES)
• Access cards must be presented to staff by card holder upon request.
• No alcohol or glass allowed at any time.
• Each residential household may bring up to 5 guests.
• Residents are responsible to remain with their guests at all times.
• Persons under the age of 15 years must be accompanied by an adult at all club facilities.
• Residents are responsible for ensuring the pool area remains in a sanitary condition at all times.  Please place trash in proper receptacles.
• No animals are permitted within the fenced areas of the clubhouse.
• No large rafts or inflatables are permitted.
• Toys such as footballs, basketballs, volleyballs and nerf footballs are not permitted.   The throwing of any such item is prohibited.
• No grilling or BBQ's permitted.
• Follow the instructions of the pool attendants at all times.
• All electrical devices must be used with headphones.
• Swim diapers are required for young children. Changing of diapers must be done in the restrooms.  If you do not have a swim diaper, you may purchase one from the Cafe for $1.25.
• Conduct such as running, roughhousing or any activity deemed dangerous by Clubhouse management and staff is strictly prohibited.
• Proper swim attire must be worn at all times.  (No thongs please)
• No wet bathing suits or bare feet are permitted inside the clubhouse, other than in the locker rrom / bathroom areas.  Proper attire is also required within the clubhouse.
• To maintain proper hygiene, showering is required.
• Diving or flips of any kind are not permitted.
• Pool furniture must remain on pool deck at all times.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas.  They can be found in the grass area behind the entrance to the slide and also in the grass area behind the Splash Park.
• All persons using the pool and other club facilities do so at their own risk.
• Guests are required to adhere to the same policies and guidelines.
• Coolers, bags, backpacks and such, are subject to inspection.
• The interpretaion and enforcement of all rules is soley at the discretion of club management.
• Management reserves the right to amend the policies at any time.
• The cost for non-resident usage is $15.00 per day/ per person.

Slide Rules

• Hours of Waterslide are from 11:00am to 7:00pm seasonally, weather, and attendance permitting.
• All persons using the slide and all other club facilities do so at their own risk.
• Children using the water slide must meet the height requirement of 42".
• If you do not meet the height requirement of 42", you may not ride down with an adult.
• The riding position for the waterslide is feet first, on back, all the way down.
• Only one rider at a time is permitted on the slide.
• Waterslide may only be used when pool monitors are on duty.
• Proper attire is required on the waterslide.  This includes swim trunks and bathing suits.  No jeans, t-shirts, cut offs, shoes or sunglasses are permitted on the waterslide at any time.
• No large inflatables are permitted on the slide.
• No arm inflatables are permitted on the slide.
• No life vest are permitted on the slide.
• Guests are required to adhere to the same policies and guidelines
• No rafts or inflatables are permitted on the waterslide.
• The interpretation and enforcement of all rules is solely at the discretion of Club management and may be amended at any time
