Theater Rentals

Residents and up to five (5) guests are entitled to use the theater at no charge.  They are asked to first check with the Manager's either at (813) 907-7987 or sevenoaksclubhouse@yahoo.com for availability.  We do require the attached form to be filled out prior to your room use.

Theater Rental with Fee's

Residents and non-residents are permitted to rent the Theater itself, without use of the Gathering Room or Kitchen area for a fee.  If you plan to have more than the five (5) guest maximum permitted, you may want to consider a Theater rental.  This would be considered for such instances as a childs birthday movie, corporate presentations, etc...  We also require you contact the Manager's to schedule your rental and all paperwork to be completed as the rental is processed.
