Community Content Guidelines

I.  Inappropriate Language

1. The following is not permitted
1. Persistent words, conduct or actions directed at an individual that badger, annoy, threaten or cause substantial emotional distress.  Or inappropriate/derogatory statements based on or involving race, sex, religion, or any other class or group.
2. Verbage or other representations that is considered offensive or inappropriate by site administration.

II. Content Misplacement

1. Posting Content in wrong area
1. Each individual forum has an intended purpose and any content that does not meet that criteria, or is misplaced in the opinion of the site administration can/will be deleted, revised, or removed.
1. Content that is related to Security, Crime, Suspicious Activity, ect, should be posted in the Crime and Safety Section.
2. Content Related to General News should be posted in the Community News Section.
3. Content that is related to Discussion, should be posted in the Resident Discussion Forum.
4. Questions to the CDD board can be posted on the CDD Forum, questions should be only posted if they are related to something the CDD: has control over, and has not already been decided.  The board members may request that remove content from this page.
   
2. Users should make every effort to ensure that their content is posted in the correct and appropriate area of the site, or it may be moved or removed without notice.

III. Anonymous Posts

1. Posts must be made with at least the ONE of the following information visible to all users:
1. An appropriate Display Name
   
2. A full and correct name.
2. This information must match the records we have for your account when it was created.
3. All other information may be hidden, but NOT REMOVED from your user profile.  Removing this info will result in your account being deleted without notice.  For more detailed instructions on how to make certain info hidden in your profile, click here.
   

IV. Advertising

1. Information is considered an advertisement if: A person or business or entity stands to make a profit or form of monetary or capital gain from the information.  This includes events, parties with a cover charge that is not for charity, or classes and lessons that charge.  This also includes any form of discount coupon special or other form of advertisement.  All information that meets this criteria shall be considered an ad and shall be required to pay a fee to be set by the administrator for dispersing the said information. 
   
2. If a user wishes to place an advertisement on the site, they should do so by paying for an advertisement via WesleyChapelAds.com, or making arrangements with site administration.
3. Advertisers must contact the site administrator to arrange payment prior to their ad being dispersed.
4. The ability to advertise on this site is a privilege and the administrators of the site reserve the right to deny it for any reason without notification.
5. Advertisements are subject to the Terms of Service.
   
6. Content that, in the opinion of site administration, is considered an advertisement that was not submitted via the Ad system, will be removed without notification.
   

V. Other

1. Rights Reserved
1. The site Owner, administration, and other editors reserve the right to edit, revise, replace, remove or delete any content that they feel is not in the interest of the general population of the site and/or does not fit the intended purpose of a site or forum.
