Parking on the Street:Parking on the street is Pasco Sheriff Issue. The community has a "Traffic Jurisdiction Agreement" that authorizes the Sheriff's Office to enforce such traffic violations as parking. Residents can call the Sheriff's Office at their non-emergency number, 813-929-1204. Deputies will respond to the call and use their discretion on rather a warning or citation is in order.
Parking Blocking the Sidewalk:
This is a SOPOA and Pasco Sheriff Issue. Although deputies will likely not issue a citation, they do have the legal authority to do so. You can also contact the Seven Oaks Property Owners Association and notify them. The neighborhoods covenents and restrictions prohibit parking on the sidewalk as well as state law.
Streetlight is burned out or not working properly:This a WREC (Withlacoochie River Electric Co-Op) issue. Click Here to report the light outage on their website and they will service it asap.
Gate Issues: A. Since the neighborhood gates are a SOPOA responsibility you would email the Property Manager, Susan Thomas.
Sprinkler on CDD Property is malfunctioning:A.
Common area irrigation is a CDD responsibility so you would contact the
CDD’s District Manager. NOTE: After hours CDD emergencies only), i.e.,
a water main break, call 813-994-1001 to page. Call “911” for regular
emergencies, such as fires or accidents.
Who do I contact if my neighbor is not picking up after his dog when he repeatedly defecates on my
lawn? First speak with your neighbor, then if unsuccessful, contact the SOPOA Property Manager.
What can I do if my neighbor does not mow his lawn? Since enforcing deed restrictions is a SOPOA responsibility, go to Contact SOPOA to report an infraction.
